Dr. Ford joined Cleveland Eye Clinic in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va. He received his medical doctorate from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he completed an internal medicine internship.  He later completed his ophthalmology training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Dr. Ford is a member of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Tennessee Medical Association, as well as Past-President of both the Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology and Bradley County Medical Society. He is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of the Rotary Club of Cleveland.

Dr. Ford lives in Cleveland with his wife, Sarah, and four beautiful daughters Ellie, Josie, Molly and Emmy. 

Dr. Ford specializes in cataract surgery with added expertise in premium lens implantation to correct astigmatism and presbyopia, giving patients every opportunity to limit their dependence on glasses and contacts.  Additional training in glaucoma, oculoplastic and pediatric strabismus surgeries help Dr. Ford assist patients with a wide array of complicated eye diseases.

Dr. Rosenberger joined the practice in 2018, and is a native of Ooltewah. She earned her college degree from Southern Adventist University and later her medical doctorate from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine where she graduated at the top of her class. She then completed her medical internship at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN before going on to her ophthalmology training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Tennessee Medical Association, and the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

Dr. Rosenberger specializes in complete eye care including the most advanced cataract surgery techniques, with a special interest in oculoplastic procedures and minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries that allow glaucoma patients to reduce the burden of drop medications and prevent vision loss.

Dr. Rosenberger and her husband Jon have a one daughter, Charlotte. Apart from the enjoyment of her work, she enjoys the outdoors while running, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Dr. Adam Luka is originally from Memphis where he completed his undergraduate studies at Christian Brothers University. This was followed by a medical degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana and an ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He then went on to practice comprehensive ophthalmology for four years in Tennessee prior to completing a glaucoma fellowship at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Luka specializes in cataract surgery, including the placement of advanced technology intraocular lenses for the correction of astigmatism and presbyopia. Additional fellowship training in glaucoma allows Dr. Luka to offer the latest medical and surgical options in the treatment of glaucoma, including a variety of minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries. 

Dr. Luka and his wife, Hope, have three children, Lula, Konrad, and Henry. In addition to enjoying ice cream cones on a summer day, their favorite hobbies include exploring the outdoor world together through hiking, camping, canoeing, and fishing. The Luka family loves calling Southeast Tennessee home. 

Dr. Bramlett, a native of Athens, joined the Cleveland Eye Clinic in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her doctorate in Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Bramlett completed internships with Campbell, Cunningham & Taylor in Knoxville and Tennesse Eye Center in Harriman.

Dr. Bramlett manages the Optical Boutique and enjoys all aspects of eye care and ocular disease treatment and management. She especially enjoys fitting basic and specialty contact lenses.

She and her husband Ty have 6 children, Mattie, Luke, Cheyenne, Arrie, Allie, and Joshua. They attend Grace Point Baptist Church.

Dr. Bramlett enjoys kayaking, camping, going on adventures with her family, and playing with her dogs.
